This property is accessible by Seaplane or Domestic flight only. Guests must arrive into Male before 1pm or they will be require to stay overnight in Male and catch the morning flight to the resort.

On your arrival at Male Velana International Airport,the Siyam World Maldives team will welcome you outside the arrival hall, escort you to the seaplane lounge ready for your flight.

Travel Time is 45 minutes flight. Baggage allowance is 25kg per person inclusive of check-in luggage hand luggage, 50kg luggage allowance per couple. Excess baggage charge of US $5 per kg is levied for baggage exceeding this amount.

Seaplane flights operate during day light only, with the last flight leaving at 3.30pm.  Guests will need to arrive into Male no later than 1 pm to get this flight or will be required to stay overnight in Male and catch the morning flight to the resort.

Seaplane flight times, operation times and transit times are subject to change. Please be reminded that transfers to and from the resort are managed by third-party service providers who supply the resort with confirmed flight schedules. The scheduled timings are solely at the discretion of the management of the service provider, leading to potential variations in waiting times and multiple stops that are beyond the control of the resort.
