*Return Seaplane Transfers to Mövenpick Resort & Spa Kuredhivaru Maldives
On your arrival at Male Velana International Airport, our team will welcome you outside the arrival hall, escort you to the TMA counter, and assist you to check-in the seaplane flight, which is scheduled based on your international flight. We promise to make every effort to arrange the transfer so that you will arrive at the resort within 2 hours after check-in. Guests arriving on international flights will be required to check-in at the TMA seaplane counter before 3.30pm hrs to be able to get transfer to the Resort on the same day or they will require overnight accommodation in Malé and will be transferred to the Resort the next day morning.
Seaplane transfer operates during day light only, from 06:00 a.m-3.30pm. To arrange the same day seaplane transfer to our resort, your international flight to/from Velana International Airport should arrive by 1:00 pm and depart after 9:00 am, as the seaplane operates only during the daylight hours.
On the day of departure:
Mövenpick Resort & Spa Kuredhivaru Maldives will arrange guest’s return transfers to Male based on their onward flights home.

- Local Island Visit – Guests will have opportunity to see true Maldivian culture at a local village, where they’ll be immersed in traditional custom. With the guide to show them the island, guests will have a chance to meet the villagers, learn some Dhivehi phrases and sample Maldivian cuisine. The island name is N. Landhoo, belonging to the Noonu Atoll in the northern parts of the Maldivian islands, Landhoo has remained a centre for stone carving and engraving for several centuries. The island hosts a 20ft mound or Hawitta; the remains of a Buddhist stupa with its origins dating back to over a millennium. Statues have been excavated from the site.
- Sunset Cruise – truly romantic experience, where the guests will cruise onboard traditional Maldivian authentic boat – dhoni. Soft drinks will be offered on board.
- Fishing – Sunset fishing trip from 18.30 to 20.30 hrs – Guests will be offered to try Maldivian technique of hand line fishing at the same time enjoying sunset over Indian Ocean. For an additional fee, our Chefs can prepare guests’ catch for dinner.
